Installation Instructions
Step 1 — Mount the hub to the bracket
Use the supplied screw and nut from your D-Switch kit to secure the Hub to the mounting bracket. Ensure the Hub is oriented so that its wiring connectors face toward the right for proper routing.
Step 2 — Mount the bracket on the shock tower
Using a 14mm socket, remove the two factory nuts from the passenger-side shock tower. Position the Hub mounting bracket in place and reinstall the nuts. Torque both to 24 ft-lb for a secure fit.
Step 3 — Route the power cable
Attach the supplied power cable to the D-Switch Hub and route it neatly toward the vehicle’s battery, following factory wiring paths. Use zip ties to secure the cable away from hot or moving components.
Step 4 — Connect the ground cable
Connect the black ground cable from the D-Switch Hub to a reliable chassis ground. The bolt next to the fuse box can be loosened with a 10mm wrench and serves as a convenient ground location. Tighten the bolt securely after attaching the terminal.
Step 5 — Finalize the installation
Confirm that all fasteners are tight, the Hub is securely mounted, and cables are properly routed and secured. Make sure the wiring is clear of any heat or moving parts before completing the installation.
