Returns and Exchanges
Return Policy
At Diode Dynamics, we offer free returns with any order of $50 or more, within 30 days from the date of delivery. No restocking fees, no administrative fees, no return shipping fee for US customers, and no hassle!
Please request an RMA (login required) if you would like to return an item.
We will email you when a prepaid return label is ready to download from your Diode Dynamics account. You just have to print it out and drop the package off at the mail service provider on your label. When we get it back, you will be notified and credited for the full price of the items/products that are returned. Since the shipping fees go directly to the delivery service we are not able to refund any shipping costs.
Our international customers can return any item within 30 days from the date of delivery for a full refund, but the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping since we cannot provide international return labels.
Past 30 days, our customers may still return any item for store credit up to 90 days from the delivery date. The buyer is responsible for the cost of the return shipping, and we cannot offer a return label after 30 days from the date of delivery. You must request an RMA.
Again, all returns must be approved, with an RMA. This is so that we can process your return as quickly as possible when we get it. If you would like to return an item, please request an RMA. Please include as much information as possible about the reason for return.

Exchanging an Order
We are happy to help you exchange your items, for any reason, within 90 days of the delivery date. Usually, this is due to the selection of the incorrect size or color. If you need to exchange an item please request an RMA to arrange a return for refund so a new order can be placed for the exchange item. Please refer to our return policy above to see if your item qualifies for a refund. Please email us if the exchange is being made due to a shipping error as we can usually send the new item right away with a return label.
All returns must have an RMA confirmation number included. Approval is usually made same day.
Please be sure to include information about the reason for your return. You must log in to request an RMA. If you don't have your order number, please send us a message and we can enter your RMA request.
Restocking and Return Fees
We do not charge any restocking fees or administrative fees, as of December 2012.
On all approved returns, you will receive full refund, minus the cost of shipment.
If the return you make is due to our error in packaging, we will refund your reasonable shipment cost as well upon receipt.
We reserve the right to correct any packaging errors or defective merchandise.
