American Adventure Lab: High-Line Fender Brace for Jeep Wrangler, with Daytime Running Lamps

• Diode designed and manufactured an all-new daytime running lamp unit, accommodating existing mounting structure
• Low-profile design achieved with custom-engineered metallized reflector, providing a "solid" appearance and DOT-compliant output

Roush Industries: 2024 F-150

• With design goals established by Roush, Diode manufactured custom illuminated LED grille accents with solid glowing appearance
• Diode reverse-engineered the data signals for multiple trim levels and developed wiring harnesses to support vehicle integration
• Multiple functions were developed to meet the customer's goals, including a custom welcome animation and hi/lo power levels
• Diode supplied a custom-tailored set of auxiliary lamps in front and rear to round out the complete lighting package
