Installation Instructions
Step 1 — Attach the Ground Cable to the Chassis
Use a 10mm wrench to remove the nut at the chassis ground location. Attach the battery-side ring terminal of the included ground cable and re-secure the factory nut tightly.
Step 2 — Mount the D-Switch Hub to the Bracket
Using an 8mm socket, attach the D-Switch Hub to the mounting bracket with the supplied hardware. Ensure the Hub is oriented so that its wiring exits away from the mounting flanges.
Step 3 — Remove Factory Fasteners
Use a 10mm socket to remove the two factory bolts located on the passenger-side firewall where the bracket will mount.
Step 4 — Install the Mounting Bracket
Position the mounting bracket in place and reinstall the original factory bolts removed in the previous step to secure it firmly.
Step 5 — Connect the Power and Ground Cables
Use a Phillips screwdriver to connect the hub-side terminals of the ground cable and power cable to the D-Switch Hub.
Step 6 — Route and Secure the Power Cable
Route the power cable along the firewall toward the vehicle’s battery and connect it securely. Use the integrated notches on the mounting bracket and zip ties to keep the wiring clear of the engine components.
