Installation Instructions
Step 1 — Remove the factory fasteners
Under the rear bumper, remove the two factory fasteners with a 10mm socket. Set them aside for reuse.
Step 2 — Install the mounting bracket
Position the mounting bracket inboard behind the bumper and reinstall the fastener from the last step. Snug it down. Make sure the bracket points toward the center of the vehicle.
Step 3 — Attach the U-bracket for the pod
Use a 13mm wrench to secure the U-bracket (for the C1/C2 pod) to the mounting bracket. Leave it just loose enough to fine-tune aiming later.
Step 4 — Mount the LED pod
Use a 4mm Allen key and a 3/8" wrench to tighten the LED pod to the U-bracket. We chose the lowest hole on the C2 pod to position it higher relative to the ground. You can adjust to suit your setup.
Step 5 — Plug in the inline trailer harness
Unplug the factory 7-pin trailer connector. Insert the inline harness from the Stage Series kit between the OE connectors. This gives you a clean tie-in to reverse power without cutting any factory wiring.
Step 6 — Connect and secure the leads
Plug the weatherproof connectors from the harness into each pod. Route the wiring away from the exhaust and moving parts. Use zip ties to secure everything.
Step 7 — Test and aim
Shift into reverse to power the pods and verify function. Aim the pods so the beam lands where you need it when backing up. Tighten all hardware.
