While some brands use 1-2 watts of LEDs, our Pro Series Demon Eyes use a total of 18 watts of LEDs for an unmatched level of brightness. Another distinct feature of our demon eyes is their color format. Most demon eyes use a system of red, green, and blue LEDs to mix colors known as RGB color. While these systems can produce white light by combining red, green, and blue, the result is a mixed white. Our demon eyes include a fourth independent white LED on each set of boards to create pure white light. This additional white LED chip, along with the red, green, and blue LEDs, is what we call RGBW. You have full multicolor control for showing off at the track or shows, and then you can return to a pure white for on-the-road, everyday use.
To continuously improve our products and ensure that our demon eyes will last for years to come, we have rebuilt them from the ground up. Many companies use simple resistors or linear regulators on their demon eye kits. While these drivers will get the job done, they are prone to failure over time. We redesigned our drivers to feature four constant-current inductive circuits in each unit. Combined with our extra circuit protection measures, these drivers are designed to outperform and outlast any other system on the market.
We recommend having your demon eyes professionally installed as the process does involve opening up your headlamps. However, if you are comfortable with this process and would like to install them yourself, we have an easy to follow installation video on our website and YouTube channel. Our demon eyes include mounting brackets designed to fit onto a standard H1 headlight projector. They can also be custom mounted into any projector housing using adhesive or custom brackets. Once you have successfully mounted the LEDs in your projectors, connect the LEDs to the included RGBW drivers. Your driver will include a ground connect and a shutoff wire that will shut the demon eyes off when connected to any 12V signal. We recommend connecting the shut-off wire to your low beams, so when your low beams are activated, the demon eyes will shut off to prevent overheating the LEDs.
After this is complete, connect your RGBW controller to the driver and your installation is finished. We offer an easy to install RGBW Bluetooth controller for our demon eyes and other multicolor LED kits. Paired with our free app for iOS and Android, your phone will automatically connect to your controller whenever your lights are activated.
Our app gives you a simple interface for controlling your demon eyes. You can choose any color under the sun, including True White. Our app will also allow you to save your favorite colors, develop custom color cycling patterns, or allow your lights to use your device's microphone to add strobe lights to music. With a color matching camera function and brightness control, the possibilities this controller offers are virtually limitless.
